Callahan & Galloway, Inc. is a property management
company. This means we do not own any of our properties; we simply manage them for their
owners. We manage over 500 properties all over town in all different sizes and with all different
amenities.
WE REQUIRE AN APPLICATION IN ORDER TO VIEW ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES. There is a $5.00 non-refundable
application fee per applicant. This is used to perform a credit and reference check. We require an
application for each person over the age of 18 (married couples included). Please call to check on the status
of your application and to arrange a time to view the property you are most interested in.
Most properties require a one-year lease. Prices vary from property to property starting at around $200 for our
most cost-effective efficiency and going all the way up to the $2000 range for our largest and newest units.
Some properties will allow pets with a $250 refundable pet deposit.
