RENTAL APPLICATION

Every prospective tenant must fill out an individual application.

All applications must be approved prior to showing properties.

A five dollar ($5.00) application fee is required from each individual when submitting an application.

Everyone over 18 years of age must be on the lease and is therefore required to submit their own application and application fee. This includes married couples.
